Mô tả công việc :

* Working closely with Project Sales Manager to prospect and capture major projects, approaching and researching on potential customers to gain deep understanding about them
* Developing close relationships with key customers
* Create product sales penetration via specifications and technical consultation to the community by working with architects, contractors, designers, landscape architects, facility owners and other specifiers.
* Being responsible for managing all projects technical specification
* Offering technical solutions for customers based on solid technical knowledge related to construction project and Companys product specifications
* Offering technical consulting for Project sales manager, coordinating with sales team to secure the wining rate of projects
* Managing specification team members in delivering daily tasks to archive all target assigned by BOD
* Coordinating with other departments to carry out the general activities as requested

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Technical background in Architect, Construction Engineering or related field
* Minimum 7 years Architectural/Specification selling experience
* Strong leadership with proven experience managing a team (3-5 staff)
* Familiar with architectural specifications, construction design elements, and able to confidently make technical recommendations
* Proficient in architectural software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
* Strong interpersonal skill in both Vietnamese and English
* Be able to perform under high pressure
* High sense of ownership & responsibility
