The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Plan, manage all the sales strategy, tactis to growth Panasonic battery business in assigned market channel
• Manage PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) to sales and manage stock effectively
• Manage PSI and P/L (Profit and Loss) of customer
• Manage the Merchandiser team to maintain the right display at shop-front, achive coverage target and enhance in-store shares
• Enhance the relationship with customers, continuously find new customers or opportunity to increase sales
• Improve sales rocess, internal process, build-up business vision, communicate and motivate staff
• Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc :
• Graduated from University
• Have 02+ years experiences in FMCG or related industry
• At least 01 year experience in management level
• Good English communication skill
• Be honesty, integrity, open-mind person; liaise with co-workers & communicate with customers
• Be hard-working, proactive and well-organized person
• Good computing skills
