The Head Office and Transformer Factories are located in Hanoi, High Voltage and Medium Voltage Power Product factories are in Bac Ninh, other branch offices are in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
ABB’s Power Grid division delivers products, systems, services and software solutions. The products mainly include high voltage products, transformers, grid system and grid automation. The major customers are power value chain serving utility, industry, transportation and infrastructure.
Tasks
ABB Vietnam currently has an opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist for Power grids Transformers division who will be responsible to provide support in sales, marketing, project execution and service activities. Based in Hanoi and reporting to Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Manage Administration by,
1. Assist product marketing department and manage all secretarial and administrative tasks.
2. Provide translation/interpretation service and schedule meetings, arrange transport and accommodation.
3. Prepare presentation materials, prepare minutes of the meetings and coordinate internal external customer visits.
• Manage sales, marketing support and contract by,
1. Prepare and consolidate reports as per requirement.
2. Compile and manage customer and sales database.
3. Manage file/tender documents, tender support documents and presentation.
4. Coordinate marketing activities.
• Input orders in SAP.
• Carry out other tasks provided by manager.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have,
• University degree in Economics/ Business Administration/Foreign trade.
• 02 years relevant working experience in multicultural environment.
• Strong English communication skills, multitasking and should be able to work under pressure.
