Mô tả công việc :
1. Classroom Training
- Train to Sales Rep/ TSM how to use the Selling Story & Sales Toolkit
- Proposal the Training Activities to Sales Training Manager & control the cost as the approval
- Do Organize training for all Sales Reps (New, refresh, low performance focus On Board, Basic Selling Skills, Merchandising, - - Daily Routine...) as the Calendar align with Sales Training Manager & Sales team (Regional Market Execution Manager & ASM)
- Work with Sales team to Organize courses & support Sales Training Manager by providing information & data to create/develop the training material.
- Coordinate with Regional ME/Sales Training Manager and follow up with the Master Training Plan.
2. On Field Coaching
- Do Coaching On Field for all Sales Reps (New, refresh, low performance) as the Calendar align with Sales Training Manager & Sales team (Regional Market Execution Manager & ASM)
3. Project Management
- Do & Support Sales Training Manager to complete the tasks assigned by National Commercial Capability Manager
- Develop TSM/ASM to be ready for Sales Trainer
4. Reporting
- Do reports (weekly, monthly, project… -Report) to Regional Market Execution Manager/ASM/RCM & provide more report & information to Sales Training Manager/Regional Commercial Manager
- Update the Sales Master Data - Capability for all Sales Team in your region
- Propose the Sales Rep & TSM talent list to Sales Training Manager to Track Training & Coaching for talent Sales Rep the capability as the plan align with Training Manager GT/KA
Yêu cầu công việc :
- University/Bachelor’s degree is min requirement
- At least 3 years experience in FMCG, beverage industry is preferable
- At least 2 years in managerial position in FMCG company, training related is preferable
Sales skill (must have)
- Communication skill
- Presentation & Facilitation skill (must have)
- Time management
- Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
- Project management
