Mô tả công việc :

Providing legal advice on legal matters/projects/transactions of the company to its Legal Director, Legal team leaders and cross functional departments to ensure that the business’s legal and overall objectives are met;
Leading the Legal Executives and Legal Officers in handling various drafting tasks, inclusive of various complex contracts and develops and documents standard terms and conditions for company operation;
Working closely with Legal Executives and Legal officers in developing contracts, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting a wide array of business/corporate agreements; working closely with departmental heads across the business in providing legal advices on their daily activities.
Taking a leading role, alongside the Legal Director Legal team leader in determining the legal direction and strategy of the business and the assigned work.
Participating in legal proceedings and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company;
Researching, update and provide legal documents related to the Companys activities;
Other tasks may be assigned by Legal Director

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Male/female: <35 years old;
• Bachelor’s degree in Law / Masters degree is advantageous;
• Certified Lawyer for Senior position
• Working experience: At least 05 years in the legal field, preferably having a lawyer practice certificate and working in foreign law firms;
• Logical thinking and good interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• Proficiency in office software;
• Proactive, careful, honest, able to work in team;
• Able to work under high pressure / teamwork and high responsibility.
