Mô tả công việc :

As a Senior Legal Executive, you will take responsibilities of:
1. Provide day-to-day legal support to all departments on a broad range of topics and issues;
2. Legal advice and support in special projects and transactions, labor and employment issues;
3. Draft and/or review all kinds of contracts for daily operation upon request;
4. Supervise/advise litigation cases/legal dispute which are outsourced to law firms;
5. Supervise promotion registration/trademark/copyright registration;
6. Handle applications, registrations for all necessary licenses, governmental approvals and permits for the operations necessary in Vietnam in cooperation with local management and operation;
7. Update legal regulations related to the business and operation of the company;
8. Be involved in preparation and organization of the board meetings, General Meetings of Shareholders;
9. Supporting the capital raising process and working with authority for required approval;
10. Other tasks upon request.
- Salary rank: 20-30mil

Yêu cầu công việc :

Education:
Minimum education level: Bachelor in Law
Professional experience: at least 3 years in corporate governance
Intensive knowledge of: Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law, and Labor Code.
Skills:
- Skills of counseling and drafting
- Time management skills
- Problem solving and crisis management skills
- Skills in planning and handling work
- Be proficient in using office computer and website tools.
