Position Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer
Department: Production
Reports to: Tool & Maintenance Leader
Location: Ha Nam (Dong Van 2 Industrial Zone, Duy Tien, Ha Nam)
Scope of Position
To lead Maintenance team to achieve all targets through the use of Lead manufacturing tools, Continuous improvement activities and read time problem solving
Responsibilities
• Leading team to establish and implement the preventive maintenance plan for all machine and equipment..
• Daily following up to ensure team implement properly the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Leading team to maintain the data in SAP for maintenance.
• Managing the spare part storage. Identify and solve operational problems with new equipment, solve operational failures directly with the suppliers of tools.
• Analyze the manufacturing process continuously, in order to identify areas with opportunity for improvement. And work in coordination with others to improve the productivity of the entire plant.
• Implement LEAN on manufacturing. Play the key role in continuous improvement activities.
• Play the key role in continuous improvement activities.
• Others as required from Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Experience:
Minimum 5 year working experiences in factory operation
Minimum 3 year working experience in Tooling area
Minimum 1 year experience in management/supervisor level
Competencies:
• Personality : Good communicator, Assertive, Drive, Fair, Patient, responsible
• Must adopt a practical approach towards work
• Must be methodical
• High level of problem solving and analytical skills – able to analyze data and information from different areas of the business and come up with a summarized conclusion and argument.
• Time Management – able to prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately.
• Presentation Skills – able to deliver public speeches to top management with confidence and clarity
• Team work skills – able work in a team and in harmony with all team members but at the same time confident of own skills and opinions.
• Emergency handling ability
Education:
Bachelor in electrical or mechanical
