Mô tả công việc :

• Manage and supervise the category performance (category growth, product portfolio, penetration, market research, …)
• Make the plan and strategy to enhance the brand awareness and brand loyalty and follow up to optimize the effectiveness (Online – Offline branding, POSM and MKT material design/production, consumer promotion …)
• Collaborate with logistics/factory about stock management, order, shipment
• Manage and control the MKT budget
• Be in charge of new product development (concept, portfolio, registration, demand forecast, launching plan, …)
• Other tasks assigned by MKT Manager

• Coordinate with brand team to make the Media Communications plan following the Brand strategy
• Be in charge of ATL activities (Advertising, PR, Social media, forum, KOLs, …)
• Be the key contact point to liaise with agencies to carry out all the required works from the marketing plan
• Be in charge of content of branding campaign; Facebook/ Website
• Building the good relationship with expert (doctor) and KOL to build the community for brand.
• Planning Monthly Hospital Activities and following the campaign
• Managing currently ecommerce channels such as Tiki, Lotte.vn, Yes24, Pigeon website
• Expanding new ecommerce channels such as Lazada, Shopee, Sendo, Adayroi….
• Other tasks assigned by team leader

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Have 2 - 3 years experience in the same position, prefer FMCG field or Agency
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related Areas
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced, result-oriented environment & to meet deadlines
• Creative, dynamic, proactive, good communication skill, project management skill and time-management skill
• Good writing and editing skill
