Mô tả công việc :

JOB PURPOSE:
• Communicate to Requestor to clarify unclear information or ask for missing information if required;
• Do, plan, prioritize, manage jobs and coordinate work to Engineers & A.S Engineers to ensure that the assigned resources are used effectively and that project quality and deadlines are met;
• Review work completed by Engineers & A.S Engineers and provide guidance as needed.
• Respond to questions from Engineer and A.S Engineer, provide additional information or revise jobs as requested to resolve issues;
• Take part in technical coaching, developing as well as evaluating team members objectives and performance to ensure that the team’s objectives are met;
• Special projects as directed by US counterparts, Team Leader or Division Manager.
Responsibility:
- Allocate, manage the resources of the Department:
• Participate in designing the working process and manuals to implement assigned requests.
• Establish training plans and provide training courses to train team members.
- Service Providing Management:
• Implement as well as manage and oversee the implementing assigned requests follows the workflow, manual and quality control process corresponding to assigned services to ensure the quality and project deadlines are met.
• Do back check before sending production to customer to ensure service quality is met.
• Make coaching proposals to develop team member capacities.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• GPA >=7.5 would be preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Good concrete structure knowledge is an advantage
• Strengths of Materials
• Structural Mechanics
• General concrete structures
• Prestressed concrete structures
• Wind and seismic
• English TOEIC 650
• MS Word/ Excel/ ACAD
• Programing (VBA) is an advantage
