Mô tả công việc :

- Issuing purchase order to suppliers
- Compare prices, specifications, in order to determine the best price among potential suppliers.
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Responsible for coordination of import shipments with supplier.
- Request for samples from suppliers.
- Negotiating and signing contracts with suppliers under terms that are beneficial to the company, responsible for checking and signing contracts
- Coordinate with relevant departments to assess delivery schedules and determine specific approaches for the delivery of regular and emergent cases

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Knowledge in Plastic industry and purchasing/sourcing
- Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess ability to deal and negotiate with vendors and suppliers effectively
- Age from 30 to 40
