Mô tả công việc :
• Technical support: Build up the technical service team and provide the technical support to CS team, customer and consumer when require to ensure the right and proper response
• On site investigation and response to consumer& customer: Ensure to follow the process, checklist to collect all data at site and based on the logical analysis, technical knowledge and soft skill can make the right decision
• Complaint Management: Review the complaint log sheet to consolidate the issue, causes and solution and work with other team to drive continuous improvement
• Quality assurance & control: Work with QA&QC team for all internal investigation to find out the root cause and solution for further continuous improvement
• Trial support and other study support : Participate in the product trial with RD&I team and production team to understand process capability and formula robust that support during the investigation
• Continuous Improvement: good cross functional competency
Yêu cầu công việc :
• At least Bachelor degree with Chemical related major
• 4-5 years’ experience in technical field of related industry field, candidate with experience working in lubricant company has an advantage
• Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
• Good in communication skill, trouble shooting skill
• Be a team player while able to work independently
• Result-oriented with logical mind
