Mô tả công việc :

***Địa điểm làm việc: Số 30, Đường số 3, Khu Công Nghiệp VSIP 1, Thuận An, Bình Dương.
• Daily do a checklist of humidity and temperature recorders, weekly check status of dust particles count. Take an action immediately if there are any out of specs.
• Daily visual check the equipment of air condition system, HVAC, WWT.
• Made basic preventive maintenance (PM) & do corrective actions for 5S findings. Implemented PM with contractor services as assigned.
• Keep spare parts and materials for the team.
• Monthly checklist & record for exhaust system such as scrubbers, N exhausts, ventilation…
• Report the status of equipment and energy consumption directly to supervisor.
• Ensure all the services are in good condition/operation and safety procedures are properly followed.
• Follow up the schedules as plan and do the daily work assignments. Maintain a safety work during the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• University or College degree. Major in Mechanical, Electrical Refrigeration, Industrial Electrics, Electrics & Electronics
• Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience in maintenance
• Preferred candidates have basic knowledge or experience in facility system (Electrical system, air compressor, HVAC, WWT)
• Computer skills: Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic English communication (speaking & writing)
• Able to work in shift (3 shifts)
