Mô tả công việc :

❖ Coordinating all project activities, including design, construction, inspections, and permits.
❖ Build backlog of product features, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
❖ Create prototype, wireframes, mockups/screens, data and process models.
❖ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
❖ Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
❖ Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
❖ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
❖ Report and escalate to management as needed
❖ Perform risk management to minimize project risks
❖ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Yêu cầu công việc :

❖ Extensive knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
❖ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
❖ Degree in business/economics, project management or related field
❖ Experience in a similar position is a plus
❖ At best, knowledge of project management software
❖ Strong team-player with ability to easily motivate others
❖ Understanding of different management and leadership styles
❖ Ability to act and think straight under time-pressure as well as to stay aligned with the companys strategy
❖ Goal-orientation
❖ Well developed organizational, communicational and numeric skill.
