Mô tả công việc :

- 02 Logistics Executive in Hanoi office
- 02 Logistics Executive in Hanam office
- Check customs documents and prepare customs sheet to declare VNACCS software
- Solve the problems related to customs clearance (if any) such as: revise CDS, cancel CDS…
- Prepare document to get import license (if any)
- Handle customs clearance and all related jobs at Ha Nam area
- Advise to customers about the customs regulation as: HS code, C/O, Customs Sheet mode,
import/export customs policy,…
- Support customers for customs liquidation job
- Arrange for delivery/picking up cargo smoothly
- Attend and arrange jobs at customer’s side: declare customs sheet on VNACCS, delivery,
loading/unloading, packing/unpacking, moving machine…
- Liaise with customers & suppliers to arrange import/export shipments
- Internally contact & work closely with team to handle the import/export shipments as
customer’s requirement
- Daily update data into company’s systems & report to upper level
- Issue Debit Note & make the file by both soft & hard copy
- Check the cost from suppliers monthly
- Others will be discussed in the detail when interviewing

Yêu cầu công việc :

Requirements:
- Having at least 01 year experience in logistics field. Customs Clearance is preferable
- Using VNACCS software fluently is must
- Well-understood about the customs regulation, especial rule/policy for EPE, Manufacturing
and Processing type
- Foreign trade, logistics knowledge is required
- Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in English
- Skillful using office software
- Have team work spirit and able to work independence as well
- Strong communication, negotiation and problems solving skill
- Willing to study and challenge from new things
- Hardworking; Careful and Honest
- Living at Ha Nam province is preferable
