Mô tả công việc :

- Manage risk policies, underwriting process and relevant aspects for lending process.
- Perform data analysis, data mining analysis to enhance risk results in underwriting process and portfolio management.
- Engage with product department in new products design and implementation from client registration, application process, underwriting process till finance profitability calculation.
- Engage with external providers of services such as credit bureau data, telecom data and other external data.
- Designing and developing risk data reporting infrastructure and relevant reports.
- Responsible for related project management and coordination, progress monitoring and reporting, project risk prevention and mitigation
- To assist the managers to complete the delivery of other related work.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- At least 3 years’ experience as data analytics analyst, risk underwriting analyst, risk manager, senior risk analyst with the focus on secured/unsecured lending process and online/offline lending process.
- Rich experience in relational database operations (SQL, SAS, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with statistical software such as SAS, R, SPSS and others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Presentation skills to communicate with business units.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Organized. Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-confidence. Self-motivated and goal driven. Orientation toward results.
