Mô tả công việc :

Due to the business demand, we are seeking for Warehouse Specialist vacancy who will work in District 9 Ho Chi Minh City to be responsible for the following tasks:
- Follow up and update daily information of inbound-outbound cargo
- Unloading, Picking, Arranging cargo in warehouse
- Checking cargo status and instantly inform if having unusual signs
- Comparing, signing and delivering accurate procedure of cargo handover to customer
- Carefully organizing and moving very high-value goods
- Ensure Import & Export process in FIFO method
- Coordinate and follow the inbound customs and delivery plan
- Manange the transportation as customer order
- Update cargo status and information on customer data system
- Daily checking warehouse inventory procedure, comparing with customer data, ensuring 100% accuracy of quantity and location
- Answering questions, handling issues as soon as having customer requirements
- Ensuring to perform 100% accurate Standard operating procedure
- Liaise with others companies and department related to quickly handle cargo process
- Building and remaining good relationship with customer and others partner
- Keeping and preserving equipment in warehouse
- Performing other related duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- College Degree and above
- Be able to communicate in English, especially listening and speaking skills
- Experience in working at warehouse at least 2 years (warehouse of small products and detail of products, bonded warehouse is preferred)
- Quick learner, about 1 week to 2 weeks for understanding all of procedures
- Good at working with computer (especially Excel formulas)
- Experience in using Warehouse management software (SAP, ERP, WMS…)
- Honesty, Carefulness, Meticulous, Detail oriented person
- Enjoy working at warehouse, long-term working commitment
