The Role
We are looking for a multi faceted technical expert to lead team members and manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables. The candidate will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
Full-Time • Ho Chi Minh City
Responsibilities
● Write client-side code for web-based applications and develop prototypes quickly.
● Optimise web applications to maximise speed and scale. Support diverse clients from high powered desktop computers to small footprint mobile devices.
● Manage small team of developers to propose and complete clean, functional systems

● Proficient in both spoken and written English language
● Experience in programming responsive websites or applications
● Discipline in test-driven programming
● Experience in troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility issues
● Expertise in writing code in a readable, elegant, and consistent style
● Ability to write well-commented, well-tested, and reusable code and libraries for future use
● A familiarity with a wide variety of software development methodologies, tools, languages, and approaches
● Good understanding of web usability, progressive enhancement, and graceful degradation
● Passion to constantly adapt and learn new tools, techniques, and frameworks for personal growth
● Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy
● Self-­awareness and a desire to continually improve
● 6 - 8 years working experience
Skills
● Experience in fast-paced environments
● Experience with Javascript, CSS, HTML5
● Experience with traditional and modern Javascript frameworks/libraries (e.g. jQuery, React, AngularJS, Ember, Vue, etc.)
● Experience with Git, best practices and workflows (Gitflow, Github flow, etc)
● Experience with build/automation tools (Gulp, Webpack, Rollup, Parcel, etc.)
● Experience with performance optimisation and ability to write high-performance and secure code
● Experience with WordPress theme/plugin development.
● Experience in marketing email development
Good to have
● Experience with ES6+ Javascript
● Experience with any frontend precompiler languages like Babel, SASS or Pug.
● Experience developing WordPress multisites, with understanding of internationalization and localization best practices.
● Experience with SEO best practices and related analytics implementations, such as site meta data, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
● Basic understanding of web services communication protocols and their implementation
● Experience with CI/CD processes and tools
● Strong sense of UI/UX design & implementations
