A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
The Account Assistant is assigned to be an administrative, communication and documentation body for all information flows and inquiries between ScanCom’s customer and ScanCom International A/S. As:
General communication
Offers
Sample and Spare Part orders
Customer orders
Purchase order for ScanCom Production Units
Pro forma invoices
Shipping Marks
Delivery plans
Claims
He assists Sales Coordinator and maintains the customer file with all relevant information. The Account Assistant is responsible for a clear defined market or customer portfolio.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
- Response on customer request as fast as possible. Depends on the kind of inquire between instantly and 2 days.
- Foreseen, identify and solve problems, which affect a smooth delivery
- Involve Sales Coordinator in the first step and second step in case he cannot solve the issue himself.
- In follow areas he is responsible to insure on time delivery:
• Get clear confirmation on orders from customers and/or ScanCom Sales/Agents.
• Passing orders to ScanCom Production Units within 24 hours.
• Providing Shipping Marks to ScanCom Production Units and related department at least 1 month before ETD.
• Book third party inspection in time.
- Unless different agreed and if there are no changes update the customer on the delivery plan weekly. Changes require informing the customer immediately.
- Enter and update all information about his customer portfolio in the Axapta system.
- Build close interaction between OM and CM Production Planning and Monitoring Department.
- Participate in customer meetings in ScanCom Vietnam.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by Senior Account Assistant, Sales Coordinator and Senior Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

1-2 year experience in foreign company
Familiar with shipping and oversea trading
University degree holding (Economics, Trading)
Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages
Good communication skills
Good computing skills
