Mô tả công việc :

• Ensure functioning properly all systems, databases and financial software. Provide regular maintenance and backup of all accounting and operating systems.
• Manage the treasury from accounting perspective.
• Develop appropriate accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of applying accounting rules/regulations and smooth operation of accounting systems.
• Prepare and ensure timely submitting company financial and tax reports in compliance with relevant Vietnamese laws.
• Represent the company to handle the business with Tax and Customs Administration.
• Support Sales departments on reviewing business contracts and consulting taxation matters.
• Oversee and identify accounting issues to consult BOD for solving.
• Allocate jobs to reporting members and evaluate their performance.
• Lead accounting team to fulfill objectives of department efficiently.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Graduate from the University or above.
• Have at least 1 year of working experience at the same level of Accountant Manager.
• Be experienced with accounting and tax fields as Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Environment Protection Tax (EPT), and Value Added Tax (VAT).
• Be excellent of computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Have experience with Misa accounting software is a plus.
• Be adaptable to new environments quickly.
• Be responsible and flexible to handle the tasks.
• Be good at leading and motivating the team effectively.
