Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for the overall accounts receivable function. The person in this role will develop action plans and process for delinquent accounts including tracking and monitoring and reporting of daily sales.
Major Functions and Tasks:
- Posts customer payments by recording bank and credit card transactions.
- Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions to accounting system.
- Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
- Maintains records of invoices, debits, and credits.
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers.
- Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
- Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in other tasks required by Chief Accountant and by General Director.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
- Preferred experience in SAP – ACCPAC and E-commerce environment
- Good mathematical background
- At least 3 years’ experience in same position
- Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers
- Excellent organizational skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
- Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office programs
- Strong command of English and Vietnamese language
- Reliable, dependable & committed to doing the best job you can
