Mô tả công việc :

• Ensure Invoices, Good receipts, purchasing documents are well received, well arranged to prevent loss of documents.
• Ensure Invoices, Good receipts, purchasing documents are checked and transferred to transaction accountants in a timely manner and in line with Company policy and LOA; Return un-qualified document for a supplement.
• Review the credit card statement and collect all supporting documentation for that statement, and make sure payment to the credit card will be processed on time.
• Timely copy/scan of back-charge expenses, if incurred.
• Entry data in the accounting system to ensure expenses are properly booked & allocated.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Filing of supporting document, monthly bank documents, and cash documents.
• Review and audit expense statements.
• Prepare month-end, year-end financial reports: B/S, P/L, C/F…
• Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Diploma in Accounting
• Experienced in either Accounting, or banking or Administration preferred at least 1 year
• Candidate with NetSuite experience will be considered first.
• Experienced in ERP system is the plus
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, technical accounting skills
• English skill (speaking, listening and writing)
• Advance level in Microsoft Excel, familiar with computer-related basic skills
• Well organized and self-motivated
• Initiative & teamwork
• Careful, integrity, and hard-working, attention to detail and accuracy
• Dynamic with a willingness to learn
