Employment status: Full time
Department: Hanoi, Danang and Hochiminh Operations Team
Job Location: Hanoi, Danang and Hochiminh (each location 1 airport Rep)
Report to: Operations Team Leader
POSITION PURPOSE
To receive and ensure the high quality of services to our clients as a representative of Buffalo Tours at the airport and perform well in the working office
Airport pick-up
. On-time pick up clients arriving at airport
. Cooperate with drivers to ensure smooth pick-up
Airport situation handlings
. Arrange alternative transfers for clients when re-quested
. Report to Operators in cases of flight delays, cancelations and other issues
. Report to Operators on any changes in regulations/policies by Airport Authority
Brand & Quality Control
. Wear approved uniforms as BT shirt
. Use approved Welcome sign
. Monthly inspections
Implement standards
. Implement approved policies, standards and procedures
Operation Executive
. Perform Operations Executive tasks in the office when required & assigned by Assistant Operations Manager

Yêu cầu công việc :

. High standards of customer service and excellent communication skills
. Problem solving and decision making capacities
. Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
. A willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
. Fluent in Vietnamese and English
. A workable knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software
. Personal and professional travel experience of Buffalo Tours products in Vietnam
. Undergraduate degree
OTHER REQUIRMENTS
. To attend Operations meeting
. Attend Operations functions outside office hours as required
. To travel as required
. Be on call with mobile phone 24 hours per day
