Mô tả công việc :

- Negotiate with material supplier not on list
- Negotiate with upper and bottom treatment supplier to get the best price
- Evaluate price analysis for cross-quote feasibility to determine which supplier can best meet our target price
- Provides accurate, high quality and vital cost component information & analysis to leader in a timely manner which leads to improvements in cost efficiency and pre-costing efforts
- Ensures that complete and accurate cost confirmation records are fully maintained and systems linking
- Works with senior development manager, Herzo and Boston development team to provide option based on the team need.
- Follow the Global Costing Process and Guidelines and implement in a timely manner
- Ensure all Costing timelines are met.
Task 1: Work with factories to check material price and ensure they are clean all hidden / error and providing transparent costing sheets on a timely manner to help meeting running smoothly. (40%)
Task 2: Check factory’s pattern nesting files with sample shoes and provide factory the best nesting way to save cost (25%)
Task 3: Communicate closely with Development team and Factory to ensure all development changes are reflected in the factory revised costing sheets correctly before LFM, 360 meeting and during production period (20%)
Task 4: Maintain development & cost data on costing summary and ensure complete / accurate cost confirmation records are fully maintained and systems linking (10%)
Task 5: Europe and USA Duty material% follow up and checking, S-index checking and distribute to each HQ product team (5%)

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering or the equivalent plus business management
- Have more than 8-10 years’ experience in Industrial Engineering, awareness of footwear technology, supplier sourcing and development
- Strong at negotiation skill, technical knowledge of shoe construction and manufacturing methods, material property, nesting direction and supplier chain
- Excellent at MS Office, SATRASum, RisingStar pattern nesting program
- Fluently in English and Mandarin
