Mô tả công việc :

- Manage the handling of customers’ requests (anticipate needs and expectations, identify and adapt the products offerings, give ideas about tours and activities…);
- Follow up and ensure completion of tours programs created and its services qualities following the branch’s spirit and orientation;
- Ensure a smooth & positive relationship with customers and maintain a close and professional relationship with all suppliers and operation offices;
- Supervise the workload and performance of sales team. Assist team with solutions for difficult issues;
- Keep eye on competitors, analyze the market needs and draw the right conclusions in order to be used in any future development;
- In charge of bidding for new partners/customers’ accounts according to the assignment of B2B Business Development Director;
- In charge for manpower development including: recruitment, training…

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Tourism, Sales & Marketing, BA or related field;
- Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and writing in French & English;
- Candidates with experience working at a similar position in inbound tourism sector are preferable; Candidates with experience working with French firms are most preferable;
- Possess in-depth knowledge about Indochina (Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia) destinations;
- Experienced in managing clients as well as suppliers;
- Able to motivate, train and manage a team of sales – force effectively;
- Able to work under time pressure and client’s pressure;
- Able to conduct professional presentation in front of customers, suppliers and decision makers.
