Mô tả công việc :

- PO control (relay the order / enquiry to the relevant department and person, acknowledge to customers, lead time management for all open orders)
- Gather and summarize the sales turnover (daily) against forecast / budget, report to the team
- Response to customers enquiries in lieu of salesperson when necessary
- Organize the sales related documents (Quotation / PO / ISO)

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Female, graduated College / University
- Preferably 2~3 years of working experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Microsoft Office especially excel for data gathering / sorting
- English communication skill, ability to make communication in English over email / phone with international customers
- Ability to convey information in a clear and organized manner
- Customer focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
