We belong to Wilmar International, an Asia’s leading agribusiness group. We are one of the largest fertilizer players in Indonesia, with 1.2 million MT production capacity dedicated to nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (NPK) compound fertilizers. We also engage in the trading and distribution of various straight fertilizers and petrochemicals, making us a one-stop supplier for agriculture inputs.
We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to be in charge of fertilizer trading for Vietnam Market.
Role and Responsibilities
• Establish the business strategy, map up action plan to achieve leading position in the market
• Provide suitable products with the customers’ needs
• Work closely with customers to improve the material cost efficiency by improving conversion ratio, yield and quality
• Work with Head Quarter/ oversea suppliers/ producers for cargo ordering and licensing all fertilizers product
• Generate reports and assist other works assigned by the manager

Yêu cầu công việc :

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Bachelor in Chemical or Chemical Engineering
• Strong knowledge with 5 - 7 years experienced in fertilizer trading
Preferred Skills/Behavior Traits
• Able to work independently
• Strong technical-product selling skill
• Strong business acumen & be able to promote new products to customer
• Good English and computer skills (Power point)
• Willing to travel, decisive, and flexible
