Strategic purpose of the position:
• Drive value-engineering initiatives and projects for different packaging to support company saving agenda
• Track consumer and market insights to provide brand team and management with insightful analysis for commercial strategy
• Be responsible for the quality, efficiency, effectiveness and timeliness of duties performance according to job description
Job summary
• Co-ordinate with relevant departments on different NPD projects to ensure overall timeline delivery
• Support the Manager with daily execution tasks as color proofing, packaging development, and other tasks as assigned
• Participate in all NPD meetings to follow-up on pending tasks
• Collect data from different sources to build up insightful analysis to provide to brand team and management
• Support brand team as well as commercial team in understanding all the data or consumer reports
• Support the Manager in design and conduct internal surveys
• Monitor and tracking research spends as in line with budget and fulfill monthly report
• Handle all documents and other admin tasks related to NPD and research as required

Yêu cầu công việc :

Personal qualifications / competencies:
• Have high professional education and working experience in marketing area at least 1-2 years, preferably in NPD and/or BI
• Have analytical and organizational skill
• Have high computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Have strong inter-personal skill
• Able to work under-pressure
• Willing to learn
Educational requirements:
• Economics (preferred)
• English

• Good at internal & external communication
• Flexible in solving issue
• Good at co-ordination
