Mô tả công việc :

• Responsible for day to day accounting operations.
• Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Develop and maintain internal control, effective accounting system, procedures, and policies.
• Deliver timely, accurately and quality financial reporting and information to all stakeholders.
• Supervise staffs to handle accounting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all locals and corporate statutory laws, rules, and regulations.
• Assist the CFO to identify and evaluate the capital needs and investments returns of potential and new projects, including acquisitions, investments, and expansion projects as well as preparation for business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Other relevant duties as required by the CEO/CFO.

· Broad understanding of business functions.
· Strong leadership and influent skills.
· Competent in office computer skills.
· Good at English speaking & writing skills.
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields.
- BA is required but CPA/ACCA is a strong plus.
- Certificate in Chief Accountant.
Work experiences
- 5 years or more for being senior management position in a diverse accounting environment.
- Have much experience in a chain of restaurant or retail industry is a plus
- Practical experiences in budgeting, accounting, forecasting, and reporting in service companies.
