Mô tả công việc :

- In charge of handling all import/export compliance activities in conformity with government regulations in the designated countries and internal requirements of the companies
- Closely engage with other divisions, factories, subsidiaries, suppliers, brokers and freight forwarders to ensure compliance to all domestic and international government import/export regulations.
- Train, manage and hire new compliance team members
- Improve working relationships between trade compliance associates and other departments
- Manage conflicts or disagreements between employees, measure staff achievements
- Conduct training on regulatory requirements including Incoterms 2010 and international documentation.
- Oversee application for tariff concessions such as Free Trade Agreements
- Respond to inquiries and issues involving customs and other Vietnamese government agencies

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor of Business Administration, International Business, External Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics or related business field
- At least 5 years of experience in international trade compliance with at least 3 years as a manager of at least 3 team members
- Must have working experience in manufacturing companies, especially EMS companies
- Deep understanding of Vietnamese Import and Export operational trade compliance processes & concepts
- Experience working with regulatory agencies such as Vietnamese Customs Authorities and Export Processing Enterprises
- Must be proficient in using SAP or Oracle
- Advanced English
