What to expect:
Consultant will:
• Be involved in all aspects of project management, which span research design, primary and secondary data collection, data analysis, development of strategic recommendations, report writing and presentations;
• As a member of Spire’s Vietnam team, you will work with Spire Associates in 15 AsiaPacific countries to develop Market Environment Research reports by handling data collection and analysis. You will manage internal and external resources effectively to meet project objectives, as well as contribute to the analysis and development of strategic recommendations to our clients.
• The position requires strong analytical skills, good general business knowledge, detail orientation and organizational acumen. You should have a keen interest in businessoriented research and consulting.
• Experience and/or strong interest in market research is preferable. With those having much experience in this field will be considered for the position of "Senior Consultant"

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
• Strong analytical & fact finding (field research) skills and ability to communicate with people;
• Be able to lead team members through complex project in which, unexpected situation often arise and withstand high working pressure to meet rather tight deadline
• Be able to work in a systematic way, with logical thinking
• A strategic and curious mind
• A team work player
• Excellent command of English and the ability to work on Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be comfortable with travelling to international locations
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other relevant field;
• Knowledge of VBA or other programming languages would be an added advantage.
