Mô tả công việc :

- Handle of receiving and checking customers application for remittance
- Handle of receiving credit advice and process
- Handle remittance transaction amendment, cancellation and investigation.
- Handle Swift creation & modification operation
- Handle the inward & outward correspondence charges.
- Handle sending document to customer by postal mail/email.
- Response to customer s inquiry through telephone
- Reconcile the transaction process
- Take part in the implementation of the team/department’s operational plans.
- Other duties assigned by DH/MG

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Male or female, 22 to 28 years old
- At least three years of experience in banking operations/services, special for checking
supporting documents for domestic and overseas remittance
- Good command in English
- Good communication skills.
- University/ college graduated
- Carefulness, accuracy and execution skill are strongly required
- Sense of responsibility, team work manner is a must
- Ability to work under high pressure and willingness to work overtime are preferred
