Mô tả công việc :
* Role & Responsibilities of the job
- Providing customers the information of company, product and service at showroom or overphone
- Solving problem in useage of Brother products overphone
- Monitoring repair situation
* Main duties
1. Trouble shooting overphone and handling customers complaints
2. Answering customer queries about Brother products through email
3. Calling and caring to customers who want to buy Brother products
4. Giving guidance of products usage at showroom or overphone
5. Creating repairing job and updating repairing situation into system
6. Offering quotation, issuing repairing invoice, collecting payment
7. Monitoring, reminding repairing process to make sure this process will be completed according to service policy
8. Making carry - in customer survey
9. Updating warranty card information into system
10.Monitoring receipt/shipment of repairing products from/to country sides client
11. Follow up customers who want to buy products or join workshop and send information to Sales person
12. Doing frequently reports: monthly report, special report
Yêu cầu công việc :
- Education: University Degree
- Computer skill: Microsoft office
- Language skill: English is required (ability to use 4 English skill)
- Experiences: 5+ years’ experience in Customer Services at the trading company
- Skills: Communication skill, Analyze and problem solving, Decision making skill, Team work, Self-leadership, Time management skill, Negotiation skill, Patient, honest, trust
