Mô tả công việc :
• Troubleshooting concepts and complex issues for our customers through phone and remote support
• Organize team members & workflow to meet customer time frames
• Ensure team members are efficient, provide closed loop services (i.e. compliance and quality), handle customer escalations, and drive operational efficiency in a timely manner
• Provide real-time feedback to team members during their shift to reinforce the right outcomes and behaviors
• Provide input into team members performance reviews that are delivered by the supervisor
• Record details of customer interactions, satisfactions and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Yêu cầu công việc :
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Remote diagnostic work experience in a technical role working directly with customers
• Adaptable self-learner with a strong drive to research, experiment and implement continuous improvement
• Comfortable creating followership and driving collaboration across the organization
• Experience dealing with ambiguity and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to read and write in English
