Key Responsibilities:
1/ Customer Services/hotlines:
• Conduct normal Welcome call for Cancer Care online/offline and other products. (Hotline team handles those special Welcome call requested by Compliance)
• Conduct normal premium reminder
• Conduct care call to VIP customers to do quality assurance our care activities (birthday gift)

2/ Admin Staff:
• Scan documents received at HCM counter & Ha Noi counter (including Agency, Bancass, IFA) and 08 FCTs nationwide ( will be 18 FCTs at the end of 2019).
• Upload scanned file to imaging system
• Input documents received to excel file for checking/filing
• Support to create cases on CRM system
• Transfer hardcopies to NBU, PS & Claims

Yêu cầu công việc :

Requirements:
• At least 01 year experience in Customer Service/ Call center/Admin, preferably with life insurance background.
• Good knowledge of telephone and computer systems so they can use call center systems efficiently
• Good learning skills to acquire the product knowledge to answer basic questions accurately.
