Mô tả công việc :

• Establish both annual and monthly field objectives for responsible regional in coordination with the Companys business plan
• Develop strategies and tactics in collaboration with MKT Teams to provide optimal resource allocation
• Set objectives, coach/mentor, assess skill development of Area Managers to ensure appropriate portfolio management
• Ensure business forecasts are met or exceeded and operational budgets are managed at a regional level
• Regularly review achievement against targets and initiate appropriate actions to ensure performance is in line with objectives
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through appropriate allocation of territories and monitoring staffs activity reports and strategic contact with key customers
• Develop and maintain customer contacts with opinion leaders and identify opportunities and changing trends in field management
• Develop, motivate and challenge team members to achieve performance. Identify training needs for the team
• Actively manage performance within the team. Identify/retain key talents

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Medicine ONLY.
• At least 2 years experiences in related position in MNC Pharmaceutical Company.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills;
• Good business sense.
• The ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good planning and organizational skills;
• Having presentation skill.
• Willing to travel.
