Full control on Accounting and Finance activity in Vietnam, ensuring highly complied with Group Accounting Policies and governing local laws. Report to Vietnam controller and Head of Sales.
Description
* Review the daily transactions and the details of all accounts to ensure that they are compliance with the accounting standard
* Ensure completion of all accounting entries related to closure of books
* Prepare necessary management and financial report for review with adequate analysis
* Prepare cost reports and project advance reconciliation
* Responsible for Payroll, good knowledge in PIT, other direct/indirect taxes and Labour Laws.
* Understand the business in Vietnam and be the key contact point with local regulation and banks
* Ensuring the compliance to Internal Control
* Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Profile
* Must have CPA (VN/International), Bachelor or Master degree in Finance & Accounting
* Excellent communication in English for business.
* Minimum 8 years of experience (preferred MNC) with experience in Tax and Audit
* Experience with ERP system and technology savvy
* Strong knowledge in Accounting Principles, Banking, Tax and Audit
* Good interpersonal skills, energetic, result oriented, multitasking, team players.
