Mô tả công việc :

Budget Management:
- Initiating, supervising and reviewing annual budget plan efficiently based on bank’s business plan,
- Performing daily managing budget execution, forecasting administrative expense,
- Analyzing and reporting about budget execution, movement to CFO, Board of Director and Shinhan Bank Korea monthly and quarterly base.
- Enhancing budget management system and process
Business Management:
- Assisting in managing Profitability Management System (PMS) to provide insight analysis on business performance by customer, product and segment.
- Assisting in making financial plan for whole bank and daily monitoring the performance
- Providing analysis on Bank’s performance via key financial factors
- Overview about macro trend, banking industry trend supporting for financial decision of CFO

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Interested in long-term pursuing Financial Planning career for Financial industry
- Computer savvy with excellent experience in Excel (VBA is a plus)
- Min 2-5 years in relevant experience as the same role in financial management (Preference for experience in banking industry field).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Finance/Accounting (ACCA, CPA, CIMA is a plus)
- Fluently in English communication, written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well budget line.
- Effective team player with high level of integrity.
