Mô tả công việc :

• Record weekly and monthly sales and expenses, prepare cash & bank payments, Make and properly document all payment vouchers and book-keeping for the Company on a weekly and monthly basis.
Chuẩn bị thanh toán bằng tiền mặt và ngân hàng, ghi đầy đủ các chứng từ thanh toán và sổ sách cho Công ty hàng tuần va hàng tháng
• Work closely with the Management to establish budget (monthly).
Làm việc trực tiếp với quản lý thiết lập ngân sách ( hàng tháng ).
• Preparation of financial statements reports.
Chuẩn bị báo cáo tài chính.
• Deal with local tax authorities pertaining to taxes, social insurance and monthly reports ect.
Xử lý các vấn đề về thuế , bảo hiểm xã hội, nộp báo cáo định kỳ hàng tháng ….
• Record all accounting transactions into general ledgers & sub ledgers
Ghi sổ tất các nghiệp vụ kế toán.
• Work on other projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Thực hiện các dự án, nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của ban quản lý

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelor ( cử nhân )
• University degree in Accounting, a must ( chuyên ngành kế toán )
Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience ( ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm )
Requirements:
• A Team player, friendly, mature ( kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, thân thiện
• Trustworthy, hard -working, ability to work under pressure ( Có uy tín, chăm chỉ, khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực)
• Proficiency in M.S Office, Excel *( thông thạo word, excel )
Salary: 8.5 million (net of tax)
Bonus: 13th month if stay with company for 12 months after probation
