Mô tả công việc :

- Lead a team of 4-5 members to accomplish tasks to meet deadline on time
- Assign tasks to members
- Deploy design plan of fan/step motor following to mother companys request
- Check actions of motor
- Make related reports
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Section Head

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Graduated University or College Background in Electronics - Mechantronics
- Have Japanese skill (N3 level)
- Have 2-3 years as designer team leader, knowledge about motor
- Have Leadership, Communication skill
