We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance review, wage review, disciplinary action, learning and development.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Human Resource Specialist, you are responsible for:
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Plan and execute recruiting campaign and review campaign performance afterward.
- Discuss to build and apply company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the employee quality standards by executing and following training programs.
- Maintain company culture by educating members about core value and resolve member’s concerns.
- Maintain and improve company overall performance by help building, apply and follow strictly KPI as well as each roles’ responsibilities.
- Execute and follow benefit programs to make sure they are thoroughly applied and resolved following problems

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in Human resources, familiar with IT or high-technology is a plus.
• Strong program management skills, developing and implementings process improvements
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to give presentations.
• Experience in training and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
• Understanding of labor, taxation law, and other applicable rules and regulations in Vietnam
• Strong understanding of HR Smart software preferred
