Mô tả công việc :

• Work with customers, carriers, overseas agents to arrange booking, B/L, Delivery Order, Arrival Notice and other related shipping docs for import-export shipments.
• Follow-up and solve problems during the transport process.
• Working experience to submit Manifest import and doing export shipment.
• Issue debit note to customers and settle payment to carriers.
• Control trucking inland for client’s factory and solving related problems.
• Other tasks assigned by Section Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Gender: Female
• Age: Not required.
• At least 02-year working experience in making import-export shipping documents, especially in forwarding companies.
• Good communication and negotiation, handling problem skills.
• Have good command of English
• Be very careful, able to work under high pressure.
