Mô tả công việc :

• Develop and maintain good relationship with clients and partners
• Provide well organized customer service
• Support pricing and quotation works
• Understand price and quotation table
• Receiving shipping order from clients
• Check detail information of shipping order (cargo, POL, POD, container type, volume and etc)
• Check available shipping schedule and space
• Perform booking
• Arrange all related works for shipping based on shipping schedule
• Perform shipping and shipment status monitoring
• Perform shipping documentation
• Input all related shipment information to forwarding system
• Invoicing
• Report daily tasks to manager everyday
• Support and cooperate with manager to manage staffs as well
• Covers duty when manager’s absent
