Mô tả công việc :

• Provide accurate and timely counsel to the company on a variety of legal topics, including but not limited to,construction, real estate, labor, general corporate, regulatory, corporate governance, intellectual property,M&A,etc.
• Draft and negotiate various types of agreements, such as supply & purchase agreement, construction contract, deposit agreement, labor contract, leasing contract, MOU, consultancy agreement, etc.
• Provide legal support on permits, approvals and licensing, regulatory matters and corporate compliance program
• Manage disputes (litigation, arbitration, etc.)
• Instruct and manage outside counsel as required
• Provide training to the company on legal topics

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as this position involves significant interaction with multiple departments across the company, including domestic and international business units, HQ’s International Legal Team, government, as well as outside counsel
• Strong research skills (regulations, legislation, legal precedents, etc.)
• Strong negotiating skills with both legal and commercial issues
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Prerequisites:
• Admission to the Vietnam Bar and licensed to practice law in Vietnam
• English fluency (speaking, writing, reading)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preference:
• Experience gained in large law firm or in-house with major firm
