Mô tả công việc :

- Collect industry and company data through various sources;
- Review and evaluate data and information to identify trends and prospects;
- Prepare industry reports, market updates, and company analyses;
- Perform investment appraisals and business valuation;
- Assist in deal structuring and executing;
- Carry out post-investment activities (monitoring, exit plans).

Yêu cầu công việc :

- 3-5 years of experience in M&A Transaction Advisory and Corporate Restructuring, preferably at Big 4 Auditing Firms and Private Equity Investment Funds;
- Strong financial modeling and financial analysis skills;
- A competent understanding of financial statements and accounting standards, financial modelling and valuation techniques including: cash-flow based DCF, SOTP, earnings models etc.
- Analytical and “out-of-the-box” thinking;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (presentation, networking, collaborating with internal and external parties);
- Detail-oriented and result-driven;
- Strong drive and endurance to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Good command of English;
*Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Auditing;
- Fund Management Certificate (issued by the SSC) is advantageous;
- CFA/ACCA/CPA is a plus.
