Mô tả công việc :

- Position : IT Helpdesk - User Support Officer
- Division : IT
- Working place: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang Boulevard, District 7, Ho Chi Minh
- Working time : 6h00 AM– 3h00 PM, Monday – Friday
Your role is to support end-user at TPF on issue relating to IT device, network and server:
- Receive support requests, issue from user and feedback to the request timely;
- Maintain and upgrade PCs (hardware/software/connectivity), laptop, printer and other IT devices
- Monitor network & system (Wireless, LAN, WAN, VPN…), timely detect & fix any problem
- Manage Backup / Restore files sharing and database systems (local server and AWS)
- Suggest and purchase IT device if need be:
- Research new tech, security and apply for current IT system.
- Other jobs assigned by IT leader and IT manager relating to hardware and networking

Yêu cầu công việc :

Essential skills:
- English: rather good. Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- At least 1 - 3 year in IT supporting/ IT Help desk
- Have knowledge of desktop operating system: Linux, Windows desktop and Mac OS
- Good knowledge in PC and other IT devices’ hardware/ software/ connectivity
- Be innovative, cooperated, responsible, disciplined timely and accurate in performing tasks.
