Mô tả công việc :

- Responsible for corporate brand, corporate positioning and messaging.
- Develop Marcom strategy and plans for the corporate VSIP brand and its industrial projects.
- Deal with all aspects of the Marcom function including media relations and placement, crisis management, content generation, exhibition, event...
- Work with media agency to develop engaging, consumer interest stories that will generate excellent press coverage.
- Work with shareholders and management to develop press release and/ or any factsheet and/ or company profile.
- Deal with incoming press and media queries. Following set procedures, including speaking with relevant areas of the business and/ or management and drafting responses.
- Develop and update all Marketing materials and company website.
- Develop and maintain media relations. Monitor daily media. Timely manage any media crisis. Proactively seek out editorial opportunities.
- Any other Marcom duties as assigned by superisors or head of MKT manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. Knowledge:
- Knowledge in all aspects of marketing and corporate communications, ranging from Integrated Marketing Communication, Advertising Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Activation, Events, and Internal Communications is an advantage.
- Creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry.
2. Skills:
- Outstanding command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese, including creative copy/ content, business writing skills.
- Computer skills with proficient in Ms. Offic applications. Knowledge in using creative tools such as illustrator, photoshop or indesignis an advantage.
- Understanding about industrial park and real estate is a plus.
- Initiative, eye for details and a team player with a positive attitude under all circumstances.
- Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multi jobs, work under pressure and short deadlines.
- Truth, ethical, passionate, enthusiastic team member.
3. Qualities:
- Bachelor degree or above. Majoring in marketing or communications is advantage.
4. Experience: 3-5 years
