Mô tả công việc :

• To conduct market research, source and identify potential customers.
• Responsible for meeting the sales target.
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, implementing change good for the organization.
• Marketing and sales objectives to be achieved by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans, using various new Marketing and Sales Technologies.
• Excellent communication (especially English proficiency) and time management skills as well as ability to handle multi products and priorities.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors share, and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
• Ability to effectively interact with customers in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Sending weekly reports on business activities to General Manager and Managing director.
• Plan and assist all marketing activities such as open house, workshops, campaigns and e-Marketing PR to promote the job placement opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly targets and other KPI set by management and constantly generate ideas to improves yourself.
• Administrative work and to perform other activities and duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. Graduate in at Electrical or Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Graduate in Banking and Business.
2. At least 2-4 years working Experience
3. Able to speak and write fluent English.
4. Salary is VND 8-12million per month plus mobile phone allowance and motorcycle allowance.
