OVERALL JOB SUMMARY

A key team player with a strong marketing background and in touch with the youth market in Vietnam is what we expect from you. You will play a vital role in creating and executing marketing and promotion strategies and campaigns. You will also get a chance to exercise your creative mind to make a difference to grow together with the best music media in Vietnam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Market and promote Billboard brand aggressively in Vietnam, to brands and corporations for partnerships. Grow brand awareness
• Originate creative marketing strategies and campaigns for Billboard brand and its propertires, and communicate effectively and coordinate internally within group to achieve / execute marketing objectives
• Oversee day to day operation and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
• Originate of marketing materials for Billboard Vietnam which includes working in tandem with content team for origination of materials
• Be able to identify potential target markets and to reach out to them for effective communication
• Manage and balance marketing budget for campaigns and activities
• Manage the production of Billboard Vietnam promotion merchandise (corporate partners, fans, artists etc)

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 5 years experience working in marketing field, preferably in an agency serving the entertainment industry. The role is also open for Senior Executive level with 3 years experience
• Specialize and understand brand marketing
• Connected to the youth market and how to market/communicate effectively with them
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and advertising industry and rates but not limited to social media
• Strong connections to brands and corporations
• Strong team player, able to work cohesively as a team to execute creative marketing and promotion strategies.
• Able to speak and write English and Vietnamese fluently, with a confident and pleasant personality.
• Good people skills and able to work indepently, and able to network well. Role need to be able to socialise and keep after office hours as welll
• Creative in origination of marketing presentations (all forms), peripherals, merchandise and budgets
• Experience in setting up on ground marketing actitivies eg events
• Have good interest and knowledge of music (international and local)
