Mô tả công việc :

- Manage 3 staffs
- Make yearly, quarterly marketing plan with confirmed budget.
- Cooperate with internal and external partner to conduct advertisement, promotion activities.
- Monitor, review and report all activities by monthly, quarterly.
- Gathering information about customers, competitors.
- Monitor, analysis, process information.
- Work in partnership with all department to develop marketing strategy, activities,…
- Research the companys product and other competitors, demand of users
- Cooperate with internal and external partner to develop new product
- Monitor and analysis status of currents product.
- All related support for increase brand equity
- All related support of sales activity and support to build up strong sales organization

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Degree with Marketing Background is an advantage.(University degree)
- English : fluently ( Japanese speaker is also ok )
- At least 5 year in marketing field
- Age: From 35 years old above
- Worked at JP company before, loyal, patient, good at management
- Knowledge of marketing, sales, social
