Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be in charge of merchandiser duties include production planning, order receiving & follow-up, inventory control & planning, contact with customers, covering production control from sample to bulk production process & shipment. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Primary Job Functions:
• Fabric merchandiser (delivery schedule follow ups and documents follow ups)
• Attending & supporting customers from Japan and other countries
• Being responsible for managing fabric showroom, maintain outstanding condition and visual merchandising standards
• Making hangers and swatches,
• Keep up to date with product information
Division/Department: Textile
Reports to: The Managers of Textile section & Department
Form of employment: Full-time

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Proven working experience in FABRIC OR GARMENT MERCHANDISING (chasing/following up bulk & sample orders)
• Have experience and knowledge of Fabric Quality Control
• Able to make hangers and swatches
• Proficiency in Japanese
• Able to read and write English (Speaking is not necessary)
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills to collect documents for making reports
* Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• PROFICIENCY IN JAPANESE N2 OR EQUIVALENT. ABILITY IN ENGLISH SHAL BE A PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Experiences in Textile business (yarn, fabric or garment related business)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City Office
